Pricing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Free costs $0 with no time limit and no card: 1 waitlist page, 100 subscribers, all 1,000 templates, referral links, the launch countdown, analytics and CSV export. The only trade-off is a small Qubed badge on your page.
What happens when I reach 100 subscribers?
New signups pause: visitors see a short "at capacity" message instead of joining. Everyone already on the list stays, and you can still export it. Upgrading to Pro lifts the cap to 10,000 subscribers per page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe with no contract. You can cancel from the Stripe billing portal in your account settings, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do paid plans remove the Qubed badge?
Yes. Pro ($9.95/mo) and Elite ($29.95/mo) remove the Qubed branding from your page and unlock logo upload with size, opacity, blend and position controls.
Which features are coming soon?
On Pro: Custom domains, REST API, Outbound webhooks and Advanced analytics are coming soon. On Elite: Team seats, Unlimited broadcasts, Unlimited custom domains and SSO + audit log are coming soon. None of them are available yet or part of what you pay for today. We list them so you know where the product is going, and each one lands in the changelog when it ships.
Are any templates locked to paid plans?
No. All 1,000 templates are free on every plan, Free included. Paid plans pay for capacity (more pages and subscribers) and branding (your logo, no Qubed badge), never for a better-looking page.
