Web3 & crypto waitlist page

A Web3 waitlist page builds a community list before a protocol, wallet, mint or token launch. Qubed gives you crypto-native templates, email signups with a referral queue and a countdown to launch day. It collects email addresses rather than wallet addresses, so you decide later how to verify people. Free for your first 100 signups.

The challenge

What makes a Web3 launch different

Crypto launches run on community, and communities run on early access and status. A referral queue fits that culture well: people share to move up, and the front of the line becomes a group you can reward. The space also attracts bots and farmers, so a waitlist should make gaming it expensive and keep the reward decisions in your hands. Starting with email keeps the list useful whatever chain you end up on.

  • Bots and farmers

Any reward attracts scripts. Server-side rate limits and duplicate checks raise the cost, and deciding rewards yourself keeps the final say with you.

  • A community that lives in chat

Discord and Telegram are noisy and hard to export. An email list is something you own and can reach on launch day.

  • Looking like every other project

Gradient orbs and a connect button blend together. A distinctive page helps people remember which project they joined.

How Qubed helps

Everything the launch needs, already built

  • Crypto-native templates

Gold chains, neon wallets, DeFi lime and chain-inspired palettes, plus sci-fi styles that suit protocols.

  • A referral queue with limits

Each friend who joins moves the referrer up 3 spots. Duplicate emails, rate limits and a bot honeypot are enforced on the server.

  • A countdown to mint or launch

Put the launch time on the page; every visitor sees it in their own time zone.

  • Export before you reward

Download the list with positions and referral counts to CSV and review it before you hand out allowlist spots or perks.

Referrals and the countdown are included on every plan. See how the referral waitlist works, or compare plans on the pricing page.

Copy example

Copy you can adapt

An example headline and subhead for this kind of launch. Swap in your own product and promise.

Example

Self-custody without the seed phrase anxiety.

A recovery-first wallet, launching on mainnet this quarter. Early members help shape the beta.

Why it works: Lead with the user benefit, not the chain. Don't promise token rewards you haven't decided on.

FAQ

Web3 waitlist FAQ

Can people join with a wallet address?

No. Qubed collects email addresses only. If you need wallet addresses for an allowlist, ask for them in a follow-up email to the people you select.

How do I stop bots from farming the waitlist?

Qubed rejects duplicate emails, rate-limits signups per IP and includes a hidden honeypot field. Review the exported list before handing out anything valuable.

Can I run an allowlist from the queue?

You can use the queue to decide who gets allowlist spots: export it to CSV, review the top of the line and collect wallet addresses from the people you choose.

Is it free?

Yes, for one page and 100 signups with every template. Pro ($9.95/mo) supports 10,000 signups per page and removes the Qubed badge.
