The ground rules for using Qubed. We've kept it short and plain — read the whole thing.
By creating a Qubed account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Qubed.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Qubed. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company.
You're responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Qubed. Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
Don't use Qubed to send spam, host content that's illegal, infringing, or harmful, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Don't reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or use the service to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You can cancel your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or pose a risk to other users.
Upon termination, you can export your subscriber data for a reasonable window before it's permanently deleted.
Qubed is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the service will meet every specific requirement you have.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice with reasonable notice before they take effect.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
