What we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your data. No dark patterns, no resale, no creepy tracking.
Account data: email, name, hashed password, billing details (handled by Stripe), and any profile info you choose to add.
Page data: the waitlist pages you create, including titles, copy, colors, templates, and the email addresses your subscribers provide.
Usage data: page views, signup events, referral activity, and basic device/browser info to keep the product working and to power your analytics.
To run the service: render your pages, process subscriptions, generate referral links, and surface analytics in your dashboard.
To communicate: send transactional emails (signup confirmations, billing receipts, security alerts) and product updates you can opt out of.
To improve: aggregate, anonymized usage helps us prioritize what to build next. We don't sell your data — full stop.
We share data with vetted sub-processors only as necessary to operate the service: Supabase (hosting, auth, database), Stripe (billing), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting).
We may disclose data if required by law, but we'll push back on overbroad requests and notify you when legally permitted.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management.
We don't use third-party advertising trackers. Optional analytics cookies, if any, are clearly labeled and easy to opt out of from your account settings.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from settings, or by emailing us. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Subscribers on your waitlists can request the same — when they do, you're responsible for honoring those requests on your pages, and we'll help where we can.
