What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Rootmark, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Plant roots that hold the coast” and the subhead says “Rootmark lets you sponsor mangrove seedlings and follow each one through GPS photos as it grows into a living seawall.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Mangrove Root, you replace Rootmark with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Mangrove Root is a dark template: a near-black vermilion background (#1c0e02), pale orange type (#fed7aa) and an emerald accent (#16a34a) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 13.9:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with an animated kelp layer, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Manifesto layout, shared with 93 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Mangrove Root's own.

How it compares
Within Nature, Mangrove Root stands out for its emerald accent on a near-black vermilion ground. If it is not quite right, Savanna Dusk is also dark but leans on a vivid vermilion accent and a rising sun and warm light (“Acacia silhouette, orange sky”). Volcanic Lava is also dark but leans on a red accent and glowing embers rising (“Black rock, glowing crack”). Glowworm Cave is also dark but leans on a light cyan accent and fireflies blinking in the dark (“Cave dark, ceiling stars”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
