What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Kernel Club, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Movie night, sorted.” and the subhead says “Pick a film together, vote with friends and get a popcorn flavor pairing for every genre.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Popcorn Kernel, you replace Kernel Club with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Popcorn Kernel is a light template: a cream background (#fef9c3), brown type (#3f2f0e) and a red accent (#dc2626) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 12:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with fireworks bursting, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Bold layout, shared with 59 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Popcorn Kernel's own.

How it compares
Within Playful, Popcorn Kernel stands out for its red accent on a cream ground. If it is not quite right, Cotton Candy is also light but leans on a light pink accent and clouds drifting past (“Pink cloud spun sugar”). Pinata Pop is also light but leans on a red accent and falling confetti (“Confetti burst, candy fall”). Carnival Ride flips to a dark deep blue canvas with a vivid amber accent and strings of festive lights (“Ferris wheel, ring lights”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
