About the Halfling Hearth template
Tolkien-coded comfort: hobbit-hole warmth, hearth fire, dark oak furnishings creating safety. Cream and brown palette promise belonging and cozy refuge. Perfect for cozy-game developers, indie TTRPG studios, and fantasy world builders. Your audience craves community and safety. Real-time analytics reveal when adventurers arrive and which character archetypes convert best to signups.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Second Breakfast, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Cozy recipes for hungry little adventurers.” and the subhead says “A cookbook app of hearty, rustic recipes for long weekends, full pantries and six meals a day.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Halfling Hearth, you replace Second Breakfast with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Halfling Hearth is a light template: a cream background (#fef3c7), brown type (#3f2f0e) and a brown accent (#92400e) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 11.6:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with flickering candlelight, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Letter layout, shared with 77 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Halfling Hearth's own.

How it compares
Within Fantasy, Halfling Hearth stands out for its brown accent on a cream ground. If it is not quite right, Dwarven Forge flips to a dark charcoal canvas with a vivid vermilion accent and glowing embers rising (“Stone halls, hammer ring”). Gnomish Workshop flips to a dark charcoal canvas with a vivid amber accent and turning gears (“Brass cogs, tinker glow”). Drow Indigo flips to a dark deep violet canvas with a light violet accent and drifting magical motes (“Underdark indigo, faerie fire”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
