About the Dwarven Forge template

The orange accent glows like embers in a subterranean forge burning endlessly. A built-in referral leaderboard ranks your most loyal clan members, turning signups into legendary deeds inscribed on stone for eternity.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Anvilworks, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Handforged tools that outlive you.” and the subhead says “A tiny blacksmith shop selling carbon-steel knives, axes and hooks forged by hand, one at a time.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Dwarven Forge, you replace Anvilworks with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Dwarven Forge is a dark template: a charcoal background (#1c1917), pale orange type (#fed7aa) and a vivid vermilion accent (#ea580c) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 12.9:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with glowing embers rising, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Spotlight layout, shared with 111 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Dwarven Forge's own.

How it compares
Within Fantasy, Dwarven Forge stands out for its vivid vermilion accent on a charcoal ground. If it is not quite right, Gnomish Workshop is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and turning gears (“Brass cogs, tinker glow”). Drow Indigo is also dark but leans on a light violet accent and drifting magical motes (“Underdark indigo, faerie fire”). Gith Zerai is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and constellations that join star by star (“Astral yellow, monk discipline”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
