Mayfair Apartment is a light template: an amber-tinted white background (#fdfcf9), charcoal type (#1c1917) and a brown accent (#a16207) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 17:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with threads of gold weaving through, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Letter layout, shared with 77 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Mayfair Apartment's own.

How it compares
Within Luxury, Mayfair Apartment stands out for its brown accent on an amber-tinted white ground. If it is not quite right, Fifth Avenue is also light but leans on a brown accent and Art Deco fans and sunbursts (“Concierge bell, marble lobby”). St Tropez is also light but leans on a red accent and a rising sun and warm light (“Sunset terrace, rose wine”). Lake Como flips to a dark deep sky blue canvas with a pale sky blue accent and layered mountain ridges (“Alpine reflection, villa stone”).
