What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Oudlore, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Stories told one note at a time” and the subhead says “Oudlore is a monthly newsletter tracing a single fragrance ingredient through history, with a paper scent strip tucked into each printed issue.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Oud Smoke, you replace Oudlore with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Oud Smoke is a dark template: a near-black vermilion background (#1a0a06), pale orange type (#fed7aa) and a brown accent (#92400e) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 14.2:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with low rolling fog, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Manifesto layout, shared with 93 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Oud Smoke's own.

How it compares
Within Luxury, Oud Smoke stands out for its brown accent on a near-black vermilion ground. If it is not quite right, Kobe Marble is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and veined marble swirling (“Beef marbling, deep ruby”). Monaco Yacht is also dark but leans on a white accent and rolling waves (“Harbor blue, white deck”). Mayfair Apartment flips to a light amber-tinted white canvas with a brown accent and threads of gold weaving through (“Stucco cream, brass knob”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
