About the Fjord Blue template
Fjord Blue captures the meeting of ancient ice and deep ocean—pale cyan depths beneath bright blue glacial peaks, a palette of geological time. Environmental platforms, sustainable brands, nature tourism, and outdoor education projects find their voice in these icy tones. Invite others into pristine wilderness through a built-in referral leaderboard that spreads like meltwater through canyons.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Bluvik, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Glacier blue, fired by hand” and the subhead says “Bluvik is a small run of stoneware mugs and bowls glazed in the exact blues of a Norwegian fjord at noon.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Fjord Blue, you replace Bluvik with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Fjord Blue is a light template: a pale sky blue background (#e0f2fe), deep sky blue type (#082f49) and a sky blue accent (#0284c7) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 12.1:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with rolling waves, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Aurora layout, shared with 36 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Fjord Blue's own.

How it compares
Within Nature, Fjord Blue stands out for its sky blue accent on a pale sky blue ground. If it is not quite right, Redwood Canopy flips to a dark brown canvas with a red accent and shafts of light falling through the frame (“Towering rust trees, dim floor”). Monsoon Green flips to a dark deep teal canvas with a teal accent and falling rain streaks (“Rain-soaked emerald”). Badlands Sand is also light but leans on a brown accent and shifting sand dunes (“Layered ochre rock”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
