About the Dyson Sphere template
Dyson Sphere channels the scale of megastructures, wrapping a solar-gold accent (#fbbf24) around pure black, evoking the audacity of engineering on a civilization-scale. This is the template for founders thinking *big*—those building global infrastructure, climate tech, or products destined for billions. The pale cream text on dark background echoes the technical documentation of futurist visions. Track conversion momentum with real-time analytics to match the deployment velocity of your outsized ambition.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Shellforge, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Wrap a star. Power a civilization.” and the subhead says “Shellforge is a sandbox builder where you design orbital panels, route energy, and slowly encase your very own sun.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Dyson Sphere, you replace Shellforge with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Dyson Sphere is a dark template: a near-black background (#0a0a0a), cream type (#fef3c7) and a vivid amber accent (#fbbf24) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 17.8:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with concentric orbits, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Spotlight layout, shared with 111 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Dyson Sphere's own.

How it compares
Within Sci-Fi, Dyson Sphere stands out for its vivid amber accent on a near-black ground. If it is not quite right, Matrix is also dark but leans on an emerald accent and green code raining down the screen (“Falling code rain. Pure cyberpunk”). Star Wars Galaxy is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and an opening crawl through a starfield (“Parallax starfield, far far away”). Ringworld is also dark but leans on a vivid orange accent and slowly orbiting planets (“Banded habitat, sun core”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
