What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Leafdoc, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Store it now. Shape it later.” and the subhead says “Leafdoc is a document database that infers your schema as data arrives and suggests indexes before queries slow down.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Mongo Leaf, you replace Leafdoc with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Mongo Leaf is a dark template: a deep teal background (#022c22), light emerald type (#a7f3d0) and an emerald accent (#10b981) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 11.8:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with leaves tumbling through the frame, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Minimal layout, shared with 137 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Mongo Leaf's own.

How it compares
Within Tech, Mongo Leaf stands out for its emerald accent on a deep teal ground. If it is not quite right, Sentry Purple is also dark but leans on a light violet accent and glitch slices and RGB shifts (“Error capture, stacktrace”). Vercel Blitz is also dark but leans on a vivid cyan accent and storm clouds and flashes of lightning (“Deploy lightning, edge cool”). Plausible Clean flips to a light white canvas with an emerald accent and an animated charts layer (“Privacy-first analytics”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
