What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Scarletkv, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Sub-millisecond reads for impatient apps.” and the subhead says “Scarletkv is a drop-in in-memory key-value store with persistence, pub/sub and a tiny footprint for performance-obsessed backends.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Redis Red, you replace Scarletkv with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Redis Red is a dark template: a charcoal background (#1c1917), pale red type (#fee2e2) and a red accent (#dc2626) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 14.3:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with stars streaking past at warp speed, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Minimal layout, shared with 137 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Redis Red's own.

How it compares
Within Tech, Redis Red stands out for its red accent on a charcoal ground. If it is not quite right, Mongo Leaf is also dark but leans on an emerald accent and leaves tumbling through the frame (“Document green, schema-free”). Sentry Purple is also dark but leans on a light violet accent and glitch slices and RGB shifts (“Error capture, stacktrace”). Vercel Blitz is also dark but leans on a vivid cyan accent and storm clouds and flashes of lightning (“Deploy lightning, edge cool”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
