What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Kindling UI, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Components that vanish at build time.” and the subhead says “Kindling UI is a component kit that compiles down to plain JavaScript, leaving tiny bundles and no runtime behind.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Svelte Orange, you replace Kindling UI with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Svelte Orange is a dark template: a charcoal background (#1c1917), pale orange type (#fed7aa) and a vivid vermilion accent (#ff3e00) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 12.9:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with flowing contour lines, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Minimal layout, shared with 137 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Svelte Orange's own.

How it compares
Within Tech, Svelte Orange stands out for its vivid vermilion accent on a charcoal ground. If it is not quite right, Astro Purple is also dark but leans on a violet accent and slowly orbiting planets (“Island architecture purple”). Solid Blue is also dark but leans on a vivid blue accent and concentric orbits (“Reactive primitives, deep blue”). htmx Red flips to a light white canvas with a red accent and hard-edged brutalist blocks (“Hypertext red, no js”).
