About the Aurora template
Aurora brings the northern lights indoors—a warm cream background suggests frosted glass, purple accents are the aurora's dance caught in mid-sway, and deep charcoal text reads with clarity. Climate tech, atmospheric science, travel brands chasing the lights, and anyone seeking magic in the natural world thrive on Aurora.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Moodhaze, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Your feelings, painted in color” and the subhead says “Moodhaze turns a few words each evening into a soft color portrait of your week, so patterns become easy to spot.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Aurora, you replace Moodhaze with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Aurora is a light template: an orange-tinted white background (#fef7ed), near-black type (#0c0a09) and a vivid violet accent (#7c3aed) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 18.6:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with aurora ribbons rippling across the sky, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. The layout is hand-built for Aurora and not shared with any other template in the catalogue.

How it compares
Within Nature, Aurora stands out for its vivid violet accent on an orange-tinted white ground. If it is not quite right, Sunset is also light but leans on a red accent and a rising sun and warm light (“Warm gradient. Slow, peaceful”). Alpine Meadow is also light but leans on an emerald accent and layered mountain ridges (“High mountain green, sky blue”). Desert Dawn is also light but leans on a vivid violet accent and shifting sand dunes (“Salmon sand, indigo shadow”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
