What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Haze Protocol, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Life, somewhere under the orange haze” and the subhead says “Haze Protocol is a hard sci-fi novel about the first probe that finds something moving in Titan's methane lakes.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Titan Methane, you replace Haze Protocol with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Titan Methane is a dark template: a near-black vermilion background (#1c0e02), pale orange type (#fed7aa) and a vivid vermilion accent (#f97316) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 13.9:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with low rolling fog, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Star Wars Galaxy layout, shared with 23 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Titan Methane's own.

How it compares
Within Sci-Fi, Titan Methane stands out for its vivid vermilion accent on a near-black vermilion ground. If it is not quite right, Matrix is also dark but leans on an emerald accent and green code raining down the screen (“Falling code rain. Pure cyberpunk”). Star Wars Galaxy is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and an opening crawl through a starfield (“Parallax starfield, far far away”). Europa Ice is also dark but leans on a light cyan accent and gently falling snow (“Ice crust, ocean below”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
