About the Empty Hallway template

What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Longhall, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Wander where nothing happens” and the subhead says “Longhall plays slow walking tours through softly lit, endless hallways, with muffled footsteps and room tone to help you drift off.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Empty Hallway, you replace Longhall with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Empty Hallway is a dark template: a deep violet background (#1a0a2e), pale pink type (#fbcfe8) and a light pink accent (#f472b6) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 13.5:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with a receding neon grid, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Cyber-Glitch layout, shared with 84 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Empty Hallway's own.

How it compares
Within Vaporwave, Empty Hallway stands out for its light pink accent on a deep violet ground. If it is not quite right, 90s Atrium flips to a light pale pink canvas with a vivid cyan accent and Memphis-style squiggles and shapes (“Tile floor, glass elevator”). Fountain Glow flips to a light pale pink canvas with a vivid pink accent and ripples spreading across still water (“Tile fountain, pink water”). Pink Sunset flips to a light pale pink canvas with a vivid pink accent and clouds drifting past (“Cotton candy fade”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
