Conversion funnels
Map every step from page view to confirmed signup.
Qubed tracks four funnel stages out of the box: view → signup → confirm → refer. The stats page renders them as a horizontal funnel chart with each stage's drop-off percentage labeled. You can't disable tracking — it powers the rest of the dashboard.
View → signup is your headline conversion rate. If it's below 5%, your hero copy or CTA is the bottleneck; if it's above 15%, your traffic is highly qualified and your job is to scale it.
Signup → confirm is the email confirmation rate. This should be 90%+. Anything lower means deliverability issues — check your Resend dashboard for bounces, and make sure your custom domain (if any) has SPF and DKIM set up via DNS setup.
Confirm → refer is the referral activation rate. The benchmark is 10–15%. To lift it, tighten your referral copy, add a leaderboard, or surface the share UI more aggressively in the post-signup screen.
