About the Castlevania template
Whip-red against absolute gothic darkness—Castlevania channels 8-bit vampire slaying, cathedral gloom, and action-horror atmosphere. The palette screams arcade nostalgia and Dracula's castle dread. Suited to retro-gaming platforms, horror-adjacent brands, or anything celebrating pixel-art violence. Your real-time analytics flash like health-bar warnings: every signup counts toward final boss readiness.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Crimson Stair, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “One cursed chapter every full moon” and the subhead says “A serialized gothic horror novel delivered by email, set in a castle that rearranges its halls whenever a reader looks back.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Castlevania, you replace Crimson Stair with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Castlevania is a dark template: a near-black background (#0a0a0a), pale red type (#fee2e2) and a red accent (#dc2626) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 16.2:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with bats flitting past, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Spotlight layout, shared with 111 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Castlevania's own.

How it compares
Within Retro / Gaming, Castlevania stands out for its red accent on a near-black ground. If it is not quite right, Synthwave Sunset is also dark but leans on a vivid pink accent and the odd shooting star (“Neon grid into the horizon”). Metroid Prime is also dark but leans on an emerald accent and a sweeping radar (“Visor green, scan beam”). Final Fantasy is also dark but leans on a light sky blue accent and gem-like facets catching the light (“Crystal blue, airship hum”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
