About the Metroid Prime template
Metroid Prime channels the visor HUD of alien-world exploration—scan-beam green on deep forest void, the palette of Tallon IV's rain-soaked wilderness. It's first-person exploration translated into color; the bright accent is your scanner, the darkness is what you're investigating. Game studios making atmospheric exploration titles, sci-fi adventure projects, and creature-discovery apps will recognize the immersive-game aesthetic. The muted green suggests thermal vision, bringing hidden details into focus. Real-time analytics on this template show deep average-session length—visitors linger, exploring each section like scanning an alien ecosystem.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Lumenvisor, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Scan anything. Learn its story.” and the subhead says “An AR field-guide app that identifies rocks, plants, and fossils through your camera, then logs each find like an explorer's journal.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Metroid Prime, you replace Lumenvisor with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Metroid Prime is a dark template: a deep teal background (#022c22), light emerald type (#a7f3d0) and an emerald accent (#22c55e) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 11.8:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with a sweeping radar, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Spotlight layout, shared with 111 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Metroid Prime's own.

How it compares
Within Retro / Gaming, Metroid Prime stands out for its emerald accent on a deep teal ground. If it is not quite right, Synthwave Sunset is also dark but leans on a vivid pink accent and the odd shooting star (“Neon grid into the horizon”). Final Fantasy is also dark but leans on a light sky blue accent and gem-like facets catching the light (“Crystal blue, airship hum”). Chrono Trigger is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and a rising sun and warm light (“Sword sparkle, sunset”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
