About the Bioship template
Bioship abandons mechanical chrome for organic bioluminescence—the deep hull-black with throbbing lime suggests a living spacecraft, walls that pulse. It's the aesthetic of xenomorphic sci-fi, where biology and technology blur into something neither fully understood nor fully mechanical. What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Mycohull, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Phone cases grown, not molded” and the subhead says “Mycohull grows protective phone cases from mushroom mycelium that feel tough, look alien, and compost when you upgrade.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Bioship, you replace Mycohull with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Bioship is a dark template: a deep emerald background (#0a1f14), pale emerald type (#bbf7d0) and an emerald accent (#22c55e) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 14.2:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with a heartbeat line, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Spotlight layout, shared with 111 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Bioship's own.

How it compares
Within Sci-Fi, Bioship stands out for its emerald accent on a deep emerald ground. If it is not quite right, Matrix is also dark but leans on an emerald accent and green code raining down the screen (“Falling code rain. Pure cyberpunk”). Star Wars Galaxy is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and an opening crawl through a starfield (“Parallax starfield, far far away”). Xenomorph is also dark but leans on a vivid green accent and ink blooming through water (“Black chitin, acid drip”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
