Fintech startups and product design teams use this template when premium positioning matters but gold-and-gradient maximalism doesn't fit. What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Tamperline, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Leaked keys get caught before lunch” and the subhead says “Tamperline scans every commit, CI log, and chat export for exposed credentials and flags them for rotation instantly.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Gunmetal Glass, you replace Tamperline with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Gunmetal Glass is a dark template: a charcoal background (#1c1917), white type (#fafafa) and a mid grey accent (#737373) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 16.8:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with falling rain streaks, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Glass layout, shared with 82 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Gunmetal Glass's own.

How it compares
Within Glassmorph, Gunmetal Glass stands out for its mid grey accent on a charcoal ground. If it is not quite right, Fuchsia Glass is also dark but leans on a vivid purple accent and an animated glass bloom layer (“Hot fuchsia haze, frost”). Glacier Pane is also dark but leans on a vivid sky blue accent and gently falling snow (“Blue ice, slow drift”). Peach Pane flips to a light orange-tinted white canvas with a vivid vermilion accent and slow-morphing gradient blobs (“Soft peach through frost”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
