About the Asphalt Yellow template
Asphalt Yellow summons wet road-paint and construction-site warning tape—dark charcoal base with high-visibility yellow that demands attention without softness. Heavy-industry startups, roadworks platforms, and infrastructure firms use this palette to telegraph durability and no-nonsense engineering. The warning-stripe energy says your product doesn't coddle; it delivers. Your analytics dashboard tracks which heavy-industry publications and LinkedIn communities send most engaged prospectors. This template suits founders building tools for foremen—people whose stakes involve physical safety.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Linepaint, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Parking lots, repainted overnight.” and the subhead says “On-demand line painting for car parks and warehouses, scheduled while your business sleeps.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Asphalt Yellow, you replace Linepaint with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Asphalt Yellow is a dark template: a charcoal background (#1c1917), white type (#fafafa) and a vivid amber accent (#fbbf24) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 16.8:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with an animated hazard layer, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Brutalist layout, shared with 39 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Asphalt Yellow's own.

How it compares
Within Industrial, Asphalt Yellow stands out for its vivid amber accent on a charcoal ground. If it is not quite right, Caution Tape is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and an animated hazard layer (“Yellow stripe, hard hat”). High Voltage is also dark but leans on a red accent and storm clouds and flashes of lightning (“Danger sign, raw red”). Exposed Brick is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and stacking geometric blocks (“Loft brick, factory window”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
