What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Redscan, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “It patrols. You sleep.” and the subhead says “Redscan is a small rolling home sentry that maps your rooms at night and pings you only when something moves.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Cylon Eye, you replace Redscan with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Cylon Eye is a dark template: a near-black background (#0a0a0a), pale orange type (#fed7aa) and a red accent (#dc2626) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 14.6:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with an animated scanner layer, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Spotlight layout, shared with 111 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Cylon Eye's own.

How it compares
Within Sci-Fi, Cylon Eye stands out for its red accent on a near-black ground. If it is not quite right, Matrix is also dark but leans on an emerald accent and green code raining down the screen (“Falling code rain. Pure cyberpunk”). Star Wars Galaxy is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and an opening crawl through a starfield (“Parallax starfield, far far away”). Borg Cube is also dark but leans on an emerald accent and a network of nodes linking up (“Assimilation green grid”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
