About the Costume Party template
Costume Party electrifies with the chaotic energy of Halloween night—pure black background with electric orange accent suggesting strobe lights and uninhibited celebration. The warm tan text cuts through darkness. Suited for event platforms, costume retailers, and Halloween-adjacent brands launching seasonal drops. The palette radiates excess without apology; every element demands attention and movement. This template attracts party builders and carnival enthusiasts. Nothing here whispers; everything shouts joy. A referral leaderboard becomes a guest list—celebrate community membership through transparent participation and friendly competition.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Dressup, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Costume swaps, not costume waste.” and the subhead says “Rent, swap and lend costumes with your neighbors. Wear something new every party without buying anything.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Costume Party, you replace Dressup with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Costume Party is a dark template: a near-black background (#0a0a0a), pale orange type (#fed7aa) and a vivid vermilion accent (#f97316) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 14.6:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with mirror-ball reflections, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Cyber-Glitch layout, shared with 84 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Costume Party's own.

How it compares
Within Seasonal, Costume Party stands out for its vivid vermilion accent on a near-black ground. If it is not quite right, Day of the Dead is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and petals drifting down (“Marigold sugar skull”). Thanksgiving is also dark but leans on a vivid vermilion accent and soft out-of-focus bokeh lights (“Roast warm, candle gold”). Cornucopia is also dark but leans on a vivid orange accent and leaves tumbling through the frame (“Harvest horn, fruit”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
