About the Dracula Violet template
Dracula Violet imports the Dracula theme's vampire-purple into a minimalist waitlist, perfect for indie dev tools, terminal utilities, and dark-mode-first communities. The palette acknowledges that many developers never see light mode; this template respects that non-negotiable preference. What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Fangkeys, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Keycaps with a little bite” and the subhead says “Fangkeys is a limited run of violet double-shot keycaps with glow-in-the-dark legends, made for late-night typing sessions.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Dracula Violet, you replace Fangkeys with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Dracula Violet is a dark template: a dark blue background (#282a36), yellow-tinted white type (#f8f8f2) and a light violet accent (#bd93f9) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 13.4:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with bats flitting past, kept quiet behind the copy; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Cyber-Glitch layout, shared with 84 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Dracula Violet's own.

How it compares
Within Terminal, Dracula Violet stands out for its light violet accent on a dark blue ground. If it is not quite right, Monokai Pro is also dark but leans on a light amber accent and an animated code editor layer (“Crispy mono, syntax warmth”). One Dark is also dark but leans on a green accent and concentric orbits (“Atom dark, syntax green”). Tomorrow Night is also dark but leans on a muted purple accent and a moonlit sky (“Soft dark, low contrast”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
