About the Orange Julius template
Orange Julius floods the screen in nostalgic citrus—peachy beige (#fed7aa) with burnt-orange accents (#fb923c) that evoke slurping a frozen drink at the mall food court in 1998. Indie game devs, Y2K-loving fashion brands, and nostalgia marketers thrive here because the palette triggers genuine emotional memory. The warm, slightly saturated tones feel like faded Kodak film, inviting subscribers to join something retro-cool and self-aware. Real-time analytics will show your vaporwave aesthetic attracting exactly the audience you target.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Mallbreak, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “The mall smoothie you actually remember” and the subhead says “A creamy orange-vanilla drink mix that tastes like a food-court break, made with real fruit powder and no artificial colors.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Orange Julius, you replace Mallbreak with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Orange Julius is a light template: a pale orange background (#fed7aa), brown type (#7c2d12) and a vivid vermilion accent (#fb923c) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 6.9:1 contrast ratio against the background, which clears WCAG AA for body copy. Behind the copy the page animates with bubbles rising to the surface, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Sunset layout, shared with 47 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Orange Julius's own.

How it compares
Within Vaporwave, Orange Julius stands out for its vivid vermilion accent on a pale orange ground. If it is not quite right, Santa Monica flips to a dark near-black pink canvas with a light pink accent and strings of festive lights (“Pier neon, ferris wheel”). Miami 92 is also light but leans on a vivid cyan accent and Art Deco fans and sunbursts (“Pastel deco facade”). Trance Purple flips to a dark deep violet canvas with a violet accent and bouncing equalizer bars (“Slow synth, midnight bloom”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
