What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Dawnhouse, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “A home that ships in a crate” and the subhead says “Dawnhouse is a flat-packed, solar-powered micro-home you can assemble with friends over a weekend, no crane required.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Terra Nova, you replace Dawnhouse with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Terra Nova is a light template: a pale orange background (#fed7aa), brown type (#7c2d12) and a red accent (#dc2626) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 6.9:1 contrast ratio against the background, which clears WCAG AA for body copy. Behind the copy the page animates with a rising sun and warm light, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Sunset layout, shared with 47 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Terra Nova's own.

How it compares
Within Sci-Fi, Terra Nova stands out for its red accent on a pale orange ground. If it is not quite right, Matrix flips to a dark near-black blue canvas with an emerald accent and green code raining down the screen (“Falling code rain. Pure cyberpunk”). Star Wars Galaxy flips to a dark near-black blue canvas with a vivid amber accent and an opening crawl through a starfield (“Parallax starfield, far far away”). Orion Belt flips to a dark near-black blue canvas with a cream accent and constellations that join star by star (“Three stars, deep night”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
