About the Letter template
Letter frames your waitlist as personal correspondence—pale parchment background with warm brown accent, the visual language of hand-written envelopes and "Dear Founder…" epistolary tradition. Each visitor feels addressed directly, as if you've written them specifically. Founder networks, angel groups, and intimate advisory platforms will find the personal-message tone immediately credible. The aged-paper aesthetic suggests something valuable enough to preserve; your custom domain becomes the letterhead. Your referral leaderboard reads like the guest list of an exclusive salon—each inviter adds legitimacy.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Dear Reader, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “I built the inbox I wanted.” and the subhead says “A private letters app for writing to one person at a time, beautifully, with no read receipts ever.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Letter, you replace Dear Reader with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Letter is a light template: an amber-tinted white background (#fffbeb), charcoal type (#1c1917) and a brown accent (#7c2d12) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 16.9:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with an animated type layer, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. The layout is hand-built for Letter and not shared with any other template in the catalogue.

How it compares
Within Art / Abstract, Letter stands out for its brown accent on an amber-tinted white ground. If it is not quite right, Magazine is also light but leans on a red accent and halftone dot patterns (“Multi-issue grid. Subscription feel”). Manifesto is also light but leans on a near-black accent and dust motes floating in the light (“Long-form prose. Founder voice”). Brutalist is also light but leans on a near-black accent and hard-edged brutalist blocks (“Heavy borders, raw type, mono details”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
