About the Kyoto Ryokan template
Kyoto Ryokan transports you to a traditional Japanese inn—the warm cream background is tatami-mat sunlight, a deep brown accent is shoji screen wood, and charcoal text reads like calligraphy on rice paper. Luxury travel, Japanese-design consultants, mindfulness retreats, and hospitality brands seeking authenticity claim this. On Qubed Pro, point your own domain here and invite guests into a private, branded ryokan experience—the gateway becomes the getaway.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Tatamo, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Ten quiet minutes, paper-screen soft” and the subhead says “Tatamo is a meditation timer wrapped in the ambient sounds of a traditional inn, designed to be opened, used, and put away.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Kyoto Ryokan, you replace Tatamo with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Kyoto Ryokan is a light template: a cream background (#fef3c7), charcoal type (#1c1917) and a brown accent (#7c2d12) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 15.7:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with folding origami shapes, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Letter layout, shared with 77 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Kyoto Ryokan's own.

How it compares
Within Luxury, Kyoto Ryokan stands out for its brown accent on a cream ground. If it is not quite right, Mount Athos flips to a dark charcoal canvas with a vivid amber accent and flickering candlelight (“Quiet monastery, candle”). Oxford Brogue flips to a dark brown canvas with a brown accent and a pulsing dot grid (“Polished leather, brass eyelet”). Hennessy Paradis flips to a dark near-black vermilion canvas with a vivid amber accent and underwater light caustics (“Cognac amber, crystal decanter”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
