About the Toulouse Lautrec template

Toulouse Lautrec channels cabaret energy—burgundy-wine canvas with golden-stage-light accents and pale-pink text evoking the Moulin Rouge aesthetic. Performance collectives, art galleries, and nightlife venues use this palette to signal creative excess and cultural weight. The theatrical color story positions your waitlist as cultural event, not consumer product. Share custom domains (reservations.yourcompany.com) across arts blogs and culture publications. Your analytics reveal which art-world communities move fastest from discovery to signup. This template suits anyone courting patrons, not customers.

What the demo shows

The live demo on this page launches Cabaret Nights, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “The after-hours show is back.” and the subhead says “A roaming cabaret of comedians, dancers and oddities popping up in secret venues each month.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Toulouse Lautrec, you replace Cabaret Nights with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.

Design details

Toulouse Lautrec is a dark template: a deep red background (#3f0a0a), pale pink type (#fce7f3) and a vivid amber accent (#fbbf24) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 14.2:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with mirror-ball reflections, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Editorial layout, shared with 55 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Toulouse Lautrec's own.

How it compares

Within Art / Abstract, Toulouse Lautrec stands out for its vivid amber accent on a deep red ground. If it is not quite right, O Keeffe Flower flips to a light pale sky blue canvas with a vivid pink accent and petals drifting down (“Petal close-up, sky blue”). Hopper Diner is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and falling rain streaks (“Fluorescent solitude”). Pollock Drip flips to a light white canvas with a near-black accent and an animated brush layer (“Action paint, splatter”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
