What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Lightcurve, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Find the signal hiding in the noise” and the subhead says “Lightcurve is a collaborative notebook for R&D teams that tracks experiments, flags anomalies, and keeps every hypothesis searchable.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Exoplanet, you replace Lightcurve with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Exoplanet is a dark template: a deep violet background (#1e0a3c), pale violet type (#e9d5ff) and a violet accent (#a855f7) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 13.3:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with slowly orbiting planets, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Star Wars Galaxy layout, shared with 23 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Exoplanet's own.

How it compares
Within Sci-Fi, Exoplanet stands out for its violet accent on a deep violet ground. If it is not quite right, Matrix is also dark but leans on an emerald accent and green code raining down the screen (“Falling code rain. Pure cyberpunk”). Star Wars Galaxy is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and an opening crawl through a starfield (“Parallax starfield, far far away”). Moon Base is also dark but leans on a white accent and slowly orbiting planets (“Grey regolith, white dome”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
