What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Rotunda, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Decisions your community will actually respect” and the subhead says “Rotunda helps clubs, co-ops, and unions run proposals, debates, and ranked votes in one transparent, auditable space.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Galactic Senate, you replace Rotunda with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Galactic Senate is a dark template: a deep blue background (#0c1233), pale violet type (#e9d5ff) and a violet accent (#a855f7) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 13.4:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with shafts of light falling through the frame, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Holodeck layout, shared with 11 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Galactic Senate's own.

How it compares
Within Sci-Fi, Galactic Senate stands out for its violet accent on a deep blue ground. If it is not quite right, Matrix is also dark but leans on an emerald accent and green code raining down the screen (“Falling code rain. Pure cyberpunk”). Star Wars Galaxy is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and an opening crawl through a starfield (“Parallax starfield, far far away”). Empire Grey is also dark but leans on a red accent and a slow-twinkling starfield (“Star Destroyer hull”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
