What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Rebuttal, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Win the argument, respectfully.” and the subhead says “An AI sparring partner for debaters that argues the other side and scores your rebuttals.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Debate Team, you replace Rebuttal with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Debate Team is a dark template: a brown background (#3f1f10), cream type (#fef3c7) and a vivid amber accent (#fbbf24) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 13.3:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with shafts of light falling through the frame, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Manifesto layout, shared with 93 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Debate Team's own.

How it compares
Within Dark Academia, Debate Team stands out for its vivid amber accent on a brown ground. If it is not quite right, Chess Club flips to a light white canvas with a near-black vermilion accent and veined marble swirling (“Board pieces, marble king”). Fencing Salon is also dark but leans on a pale sky blue accent and flowing contour lines (“Sabre rack, mat green”). Rowing Blue is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and ripples spreading across still water (“Boathouse blue, oar”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
