About the Drama Club template
Drama Club pulls the velvet curtain back—deep burgundy-black with golden spotlight, the aesthetic of theater prosceniums and standing ovations. It's performative by design, inviting visitors to feel like they're about to witness something extraordinary. Theater companies, performance-art collectives, and cinematic product launches will feel the spotlight immediately. What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Curtain Call, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Community theatre, beautifully organized.” and the subhead says “Manage auditions, rehearsals and ticket sales for your local theatre company in one place.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Drama Club, you replace Curtain Call with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Drama Club is a dark template: a near-black pink background (#1a0510), cream type (#fef3c7) and a vivid amber accent (#fbbf24) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 17.6:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with folds of silk rippling, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Spotlight layout, shared with 111 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Drama Club's own.

How it compares
Within Dark Academia, Drama Club stands out for its vivid amber accent on a near-black pink ground. If it is not quite right, Debate Team is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and shafts of light falling through the frame (“Lectern oak, gavel”). Chess Club flips to a light white canvas with a near-black vermilion accent and veined marble swirling (“Board pieces, marble king”). Fencing Salon is also dark but leans on a pale sky blue accent and flowing contour lines (“Sabre rack, mat green”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
