What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Draftwright, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Finish the novel. Seriously this time.” and the subhead says “A novel-writing app with daily word goals, chapter outlines and a typewriter mode that forbids editing.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Typewriter Desk, you replace Draftwright with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Typewriter Desk is a light template: a cream background (#fef3c7), charcoal type (#1c1917) and a near-black vermilion accent (#1c0e02) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 15.7:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with an animated pages layer, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Letter layout, shared with 77 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Typewriter Desk's own.

Within Dark Academia, Typewriter Desk stands out for its near-black vermilion accent on a cream ground. If it is not quite right, Absinthe Green flips to a dark deep green canvas with a vivid green accent and drifting magical motes (“Spoon, sugar, fairy”). Old Money flips to a dark deep emerald canvas with a vivid amber accent and Art Deco fans and sunbursts (“Hunter green, brass clasp”).
