About the Ink Wash template
Ink Wash strips color entirely, leaving only ink on white paper—the near-white background, black accent, and black text evoke brush discipline and blank space. Like a calligraphy scroll or a sumi-e painting, everything meaningful exists in the space between strokes. Meditation apps, traditional crafts, literary magazines, and minimalist brands that trust content over chromatics belong here. Sync your growing waitlist on Qubed's real-time analytics and meditate on the numbers that matter.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Brushwork, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Calligraphy in fifteen minutes a day.” and the subhead says “A guided ink-brush calligraphy course with daily drills and real-time stroke feedback from your camera.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Ink Wash, you replace Brushwork with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Ink Wash is a light template: a white background (#fafafa), near-black type (#0c0a09) and a near-black accent (#0c0a09) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 18.9:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with watercolour washes bleeding together, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Manifesto layout, shared with 93 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Ink Wash's own.

How it compares
Within Monochrome, Ink Wash stands out for its near-black accent on a white ground. If it is not quite right, Dot Matrix is also light but leans on a near-black accent and a pulsing dot grid (“Printer dot pattern”). Barcode Lines is also light but leans on a near-black accent and an animated barcode layer (“Industrial stripe pattern”). Fingerprint is also light but leans on a near-black accent and an animated fingerprint layer (“Inked thumb, paper”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
