About the Silkscreen template
Silkscreen demands maximum contrast—pure white field, pure black text, no gradients, no blur, no compromise. This confrontational monochrome suits streetwear brands, zine publishers, activist organizations, and anyone whose message requires zero visual ambiguity. The referral leaderboard becomes a political counter, each signup a voice.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Pullthrough, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Merch that doesn't look like merch.” and the subhead says “Hand-screenprinted tees and totes for bands and indie brands. Low minimums, high contrast.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Silkscreen, you replace Pullthrough with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Silkscreen is a light template: a white background (#fafafa), near-black type (#0c0a09) and a near-black accent (#0c0a09) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 18.9:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with halftone dot patterns, clearly visible; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Brutalist layout, shared with 39 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Silkscreen's own.

How it compares
Within Monochrome, Silkscreen stands out for its near-black accent on a white ground. If it is not quite right, Ink Wash is also light but leans on a near-black accent and watercolour washes bleeding together (“Loose brush, calligraphy”). Dot Matrix is also light but leans on a near-black accent and a pulsing dot grid (“Printer dot pattern”). Barcode Lines is also light but leans on a near-black accent and an animated barcode layer (“Industrial stripe pattern”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
Launch with Silkscreen in three steps
