About the Halloween Purple template
Witch-hat darkness meets jack-o'-lantern glow: a midnight purple (#1e0a3c) holds burnt orange (#fb923c) like firelight in a cauldron. The warm amber text (#fed7aa) crackles like flame-shadow. Built for seasonal horror, Halloween product drops, and brands embracing spooky-season energy. The palette isn't childish or camp—it's genuinely atmospheric and slightly unsettling. Perfect for horror game releases, haunted-house experiences, and October-exclusive product launches. Visitors arrive primed for thrills. Showcase your early-believer coven with a referral leaderboard positioned as a witches' roster.
What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Hexbox, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Costumes delivered in a cauldron.” and the subhead says “A Halloween costume box with makeup, props and a step-by-step tutorial. Pick a character, we do the rest.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Halloween Purple, you replace Hexbox with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Halloween Purple is a dark template: a deep violet background (#1e0a3c), pale orange type (#fed7aa) and a vivid vermilion accent (#fb923c) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 13.3:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with bats flitting past, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Spotlight layout, shared with 111 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Halloween Purple's own.

How it compares
Within Seasonal, Halloween Purple stands out for its vivid vermilion accent on a deep violet ground. If it is not quite right, Black Cat is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and fireflies blinking in the dark (“Eye yellow, tail curl”). Costume Party is also dark but leans on a vivid vermilion accent and mirror-ball reflections (“Disco strobe orange”). Day of the Dead is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and petals drifting down (“Marigold sugar skull”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
