What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Goldmote, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Breathe with the stars for a bit” and the subhead says “Goldmote pairs guided breathing with slow deep-space footage, so your daily pause feels like floating through golden dust.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Cosmic Dust, you replace Goldmote with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Cosmic Dust is a dark template: a near-black background (#0a0a0a), cream type (#fef3c7) and a vivid amber accent (#fbbf24) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 17.8:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with dust motes floating in the light, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. Structurally it uses the Star Wars Galaxy layout, shared with 23 other templates, but the palette, the motion and the demo copy are Cosmic Dust's own.

How it compares
Within Sci-Fi, Cosmic Dust stands out for its vivid amber accent on a near-black ground. If it is not quite right, Matrix is also dark but leans on an emerald accent and green code raining down the screen (“Falling code rain. Pure cyberpunk”). Star Wars Galaxy is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and an opening crawl through a starfield (“Parallax starfield, far far away”). Oort Cloud is also dark but leans on a muted blue accent and gently falling snow (“Faint shell, distant ice”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
