This high-energy terminal aesthetic suits cybersecurity firms, hacker communities, and founder who glamorize code itself as cultural artifact. What the demo shows
The live demo on this page launches Bitsieve, a made-up product we wrote to show the template with realistic copy: the headline reads “Leaked keys stop at your laptop” and the subhead says “Bitsieve scans every commit for API keys, tokens, and passwords before push, and blocks the leak with a one-line fix.” Below it you see the signup form, a demo launch countdown and the share-to-climb referral panel exactly as a visitor would. Try the form: in the demo nothing is stored. When you use Binary Rain, you replace Bitsieve with your own product name, headline, subhead and logo; the palette and motion come with it and every colour stays editable.
Design details
Binary Rain is a dark template: a near-black blue background (#020617), light cyan type (#67e8f9) and a vivid cyan accent (#06b6d4) on the join button, the countdown and the referral highlights. Body text sits at a 13.9:1 contrast ratio against the background, comfortably past the WCAG AAA threshold. Behind the copy the page animates with cascading glyph rain, front and centre; visitors who ask their device for reduced motion get a still frame instead. The layout is hand-built for Binary Rain and not shared with any other template in the catalogue.

How it compares
Within Terminal, Binary Rain stands out for its vivid cyan accent on a near-black blue ground. If it is not quite right, Retro CRT is also dark but leans on a vivid cyan accent and CRT scanlines (“Phosphor scanlines, 1984 vintage”). Hacker Amber is also dark but leans on a vivid amber accent and CRT scanlines (“Warm phosphor on near-black”). Cyber-Glitch is also dark but leans on a vivid cyan accent and glitch slices and RGB shifts (“Neon retro-computing. Scanline grit”). All of them share the same signup, referral and analytics features, so switching later only changes the look.
